Orville Wright Middle School’s

Coyote’s Christmas Carol

Directed by Janet Landon

Los Angeles, December 2007

I had the great pleasure of seeing this wonderful production, and I wanted to
share some photos that my daughter took.  I always thought the script might be a
little difficult for middle school actors, but these wonderful students erased those worries.

I was so impressed and delighted by this group of hard working, talented actors.  Bravo!!

“Allow me to introduce myself.  I am the great Coyote!”

“Uncle Scrooge, why don’t you dine with us this evening?”

"I'm busy."

"Here's your pizza, Sir."

”Oh well, just keep the extra twenty-three cents."

"Gee, thanks Sir.  Merry Christmas."

“Please... Help me to understand... Is there no one who can help me?”

“You will be visited by three spirits, Mr. Scrooge."

"Will they be frightening and hideous, like you?

"Oh, god, I hope so!  it's coming... it's...a BUTTERFLY!!??”

“You will fly with me through time and space back to the village
in Michoacán, México where you lived as a boy.”
